The Bob Wright Memorial Scholarships are presented annually in May by the Association of Community Publishers. This endowment scholarship was created in memory of long-time publisher and friend of the industry, Bob Wright. Bob served on numerous boards of directors as he guided the direction and success of several publishing associations, his own publications, and the entire industry.

The number of scholarships awarded is decided by the board of directors according to the interest earned on the endowment that year. The scholarship is based on need and merit. This is one way Bob Wright continues to give back to the industry in his absence.
